Michael Mizrachi “The Grinder” Mizrachi has officially joined GGPoker as its newest Global Ambassador, adding another milestone to a year already marked by historic achievements. Mizrachi’s signing follows an extraordinary summer at the 2025 World Series of Poker, where he won both the $50,000 Poker Players Championship—for a record fourth time—and the $10,000 Main Event. This rare “double” victory has stunned the poker community and is being hailed as one of the greatest performances in WSOP history.

Mizrachi’s aggressive and unpredictable playing style kept fans on edge throughout the final stages of the Main Event. His fearless approach transformed the final table into one of the most entertaining showdowns in recent memory. The Main Event victory marked his eighth career WSOP bracelet and pushed his lifetime tournament earnings close to $30 million. His total winnings from the 2025 WSOP alone reached an incredible $11,372,233, despite having only one other cash earlier in the year—a $5,000 charity tournament in January.

    A champion’s words

After his monumental win, Mizrachi reflected on his achievement in an interview. “I can’t even fathom this,” he said. “I played the best poker of my life. It was just fate. I knew I was going to win it. I can’t explain the feeling. It’s amazing.” His humility and passion struck a chord with poker fans worldwide.

In an unprecedented move, Mizrachi was inducted into the Poker Hall of Fame immediately following his Main Event victory—an honor that usually comes years after a player’s career peak. The announcement came despite Nick Schulman already being recognized as part of the Class of 2025, underscoring just how exceptional Mizrachi’s accomplishment was.

    The Grinder joins GGPoker

Soon after his induction, Mizrachi announced his partnership with GGPoker, one of the world’s leading online poker platforms. Speaking about the collaboration, he said, “After winning the Main Event and going straight into the Hall of Fame, I was looking for a partner that matches my ambition, and GGPoker is simply the future of the game. I’m ready to represent GGPoker globally and bring the passion of ‘The Grinder’ to the online felt.”

The partnership further strengthens GGPoker’s elite lineup of ambassadors, which already includes poker icons like Daniel Negreanu and Fedor Holz. Negreanu welcomed Mizrachi to the GG team, saying, “Michael Mizrachi is poker royalty. To achieve the ‘Double’—winning the Poker Players Championship and the Main Event in the same summer—is a feat we may never see again. That kind of enduring greatness belongs on the GGTeam. We are thrilled to welcome The Grinder and look forward to an even more exciting future together.”

    Looking ahead to WSOP Paradise

As GGPoker owns the World Series of Poker brand, fans can expect to see Mizrachi competing at WSOP Paradise this December. He is likely to play in the $60 million guaranteed Super Main Event, where he aims to continue his extraordinary year with another monumental victory.

Although it has not been confirmed, there is strong speculation that Mizrachi will also take part in the $250,000 Triton Invitational, one of the most prestigious high-stakes tournaments in the world. Official announcements regarding VIP player partnerships for the event are expected soon.

A defining year for The Grinder

For a player known for resilience, intuition, and an aggressive edge, 2025 has been nothing short of historic. Mizrachi’s success has redefined what’s possible in modern poker, combining experience, skill, and instinct to dominate the game’s highest levels. From winning record titles to being instantly inducted into the Hall of Fame, his achievements stand as a testament to two decades of relentless pursuit of excellence.

As he embarks on his new chapter with GGPoker, Mizrachi continues to symbolize the spirit of the game—grit, ambition, and the thrill of competition. His journey from a talented young player to a global poker legend now finds a new stage in the digital arena, where millions will watch him take “The Grinder” legacy online.

    Conclusion

Michael Mizrachi’s partnership with GGPoker represents the perfect blend of tradition and innovation. Following a year that shattered records, his role as Global Ambassador places him at the forefront of poker’s next evolution. With WSOP Paradise and other major tournaments on the horizon, Mizrachi’s story is far from over—it’s just entering its most exciting phase yet.
