Poker fans, rejoice! Daniel Negreanu has brought back his popular vlogs, and this time, they’re covering WSOP Paradise. In the first episode, Negreanu picks up right where his summer vlogs left off, sharing a glimpse of his life at home in Las Vegas (including his brand new gym), some quality time with his wife, and the excitement of traveling to the Bahamas.

The episode also includes Negreanu attending the Triton Million draw party, where he was invited by VIP Ryan Feldman. The duo each put up a hefty $500,000 buy-in for the event, setting the stage for some high-stakes poker action.

    Negreanu’s Early Exit

Spoiler alert: Negreanu’s Triton Million journey didn’t end in a fairytale. Despite making it to Day 2, he was knocked out in Level 12 (15,000/30,000/30,000). The action heated up when Kayhan Mokri opened to 65,000, a call followed, and Negreanu three-bet to 225,000 in the big blind. Mokri didn’t hesitate, four-betting all-in, prompting Negreanu to pull out his selfie stick and call with the line, “Sometimes you gotta gamble.”

    Negreanu’s Hand:

    • A♣ K♣

    Mokri’s Hand:

    • K♠ K♦

With only an ace as his out, Negreanu faced a tough situation. The board ran out 4♠ 10♣ 5♦ 7♦ J♠, and the Poker Hall of Famer’s hopes for a Triton Million title came to a crashing end.

    Plenty of Chances Ahead

Though Negreanu didn’t make a deep run in his first tournament, he still has plenty of opportunities to secure his second bracelet of the year. With more than a dozen events remaining, fans will be watching closely to see if Negreanu can bounce back and make another run at poker glory. Stay tuned for more vlogs and updates on his journey at WSOP Paradise!
